SEDONA SPIRITUAL EVENTS POLICIES
Registration
Please text or call Rose at 610 349-3467 to register and she will email an invoice to you. On payment, you will receive an emailed registration confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel your event registration, it is preferable to text Rose. You can also call her or email her through the contact button on this website.
To see the cancellation and refund policy for a specific event, check the event flyer. Generally, deposits are non-refundable after the early bird deadline but refundable before that. Payments over the minimum deposit are always refundable unless stated otherwise on the flyer.
If an event is cancelled by Rose, all funds, including the "early bird" deposit, will be refunded within four business days following notification from Rose. If you cancel your registration for an event; if there is a refund due, it will be processed within nine business days of your request.
SESSION, PACKAGE, AND MENTORSHIP POLICIES
To determine whether an Empowered Life Facilitation Session, Spiritual Mentorship, or Multiple Session Package is the best choice to cultivate your blossoming, you are required to Schedule a Consultation before booking your first session.
Upgrades to Packages or a Mentorship Program
To apply a session toward a Multiple Session Package or Spiritual Mentorship, you must inform Rose within 24 hours after your session. The package or mentorship will start immediately on that session day.
Your second session within the Spiritual Mentorship Program must be scheduled to occur no later than 21 days after your first session. 14 days is optimal.
Invoicing and Payments
You will receive an emailed invoice for the package deal or mentorship first tier payment within 24 hours after notifying Rose to proceed, displaying a credit for your first session payment. This invoice for the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of receipt or before your second session, whichever is first, to include the session you previously had in the package deal or mentorship.
For the mentorship second and third tiers, you will receive an emailed invoice for each after you inform Rose that you wish to continue in the program. Full payment is due four or more days prior to your first session for each tier.
PACKAGE DEAL REFUNDS
Multiple Session Packages have a four-year expiration period starting from the date of your first session, after which refunds are not available.
For Aligned Awakening Packages, a detailed record of the actual duration of each session will be maintained. Refunds for in-person Aligned Awakening Packages will be prorated based on the actual time utilized, charged at the standard rate of $189 per hour, with the remaining balance refunded. For sessions conducted by phone, the refund will be calculated based on the standard rate of $139 per hour used.
For Blossom Beautifully Packages, you will be charged for the number of sessions actually participated in, using the regular session rate of $120 and refunded the balance.
For Category A/B Combo Packages, the rates will be based on the type of completed sessions you have had as described above and the remaining balance refunded.
All refunds will be processed within 9 business days of the request.
SESSION CANCELLATION RESCHEDULING
Less than 25 Hours’ Notice of Session Cancellation
If cancellation is made with less than 25 hours' notice or if there is a no-show, the paid session fee may be applied to reschedule the session once within the next three months. Failure to attend the rescheduled session, or opting not to reschedule, will result in forfeiture of the session .
Any given mentorship session can be rescheduled only once within that tier's time frame or a future tier.
For Package Deals, a session will be forfeited, not the first time, but the second time you don’t show or cancel for the same rescheduled session with less than 25 hours’ notice.
More than 25 Hours’ Notice of Session Cancellation
For single sessions, if cancellation notice is provided more than 25 hours in advance, you are permitted to reschedule your session up to two times within the subsequent three months. After this period, the session will be forfeited. If you are enrolled in a mentorship tier, the session may be rescheduled twice within the duration of that tier or any future tier.
For Package Deals, if you provide more than 25 hours' notice prior to a session cancellation, you may reschedule your session up to two times within the subsequent three months. Beyond this period, your session will be forfeited, with the corresponding time deducted from Aligned Awakening Packages and one session deducted from Blossom Beautifully Packages. For Category A/B Combo Packages, it will be as described above, depending on what type of session you missed.
SPIRITUAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM POLICIES
Refunds
You may elect to receive a full refund for any tiers that you have not yet started. No refunds are given for any tier that you have already begun.
Session Cancellation Rescheduling

Flexible Scheduling/ Leave of Absence
To maintain mentorship pricing, you can have up to a one-week gap between tiers unless on a leave of absence. This one-week gap lets you take a three-week break between Spiritual Facilitation Sessions without disrupting your bi-weekly session schedule.
If you have an erratic schedule or desire a longer vacation within a tier, then you may simply schedule weeks back to back on either side of your time off, rather than every other week, to maintain the adventitious pricing of the Spiritual Mentorship Program.
If additional time off is necessary due to an unforeseen emergency, a leave of absence may be taken for a period of five weeks to six months. After six months, the time will be forfeited within your current tier. If there is a more than six month gap between tiers, upon rescheduling, you will need to start over at Tier One again.
If you need support from Rose during a leave of absence, the regular session or package deal rates will apply, whichever you choose.
MENTORSHIP PRODUCT SHIPMENTS
Enrollees will receive a shipment of Harmonious Frequency Products, selected intuitively, within eighteen days of payment for their tier.
If you cancel a tier before receiving your products, you will still receive the included items.
